The Terms and conditions mentioned below apply to CSCS and its all affiliated partner scheme applications that you book through us.

Cancellation policy for Courses
If a customer demands to cancel their order they must provide a notice to the company. If the customer gives notice of cancellation or amendments of the services within the timeframes indicated below, the following charges will be payable by the customer to the company for that part of the service/services to be cancelled or amended.
30 days or more no cancellation fee
21-28 days or more prior to the start of the Services: 25% of the costs due:
15-20 days prior to the start of the Services, 50% of the payments that are due:
Or 8-14 days before commencement of the Services-75% of the fees due:
or 0-7 days before commencement of the Services- 100% of the fees due.
NVQs
The minimum advance deposit for the NVQ course is 40% at the time of booking.
The registration process will be completed.
You will be contacted by the assessor.
Assessors determine if the applicant has experience corresponding to the NVQ requirements.
NVQ fees + 25% of admin fees will be deducted from the refund if the assessor denies.
It is mandatory to sign a declaration (I agree with the terms and conditions).
When the declaration is signed, the remainder of the NVQ fees is due.
There will be no refund if you fail to complete the NVQ.
The registration cost + 25% fee of administration will be deducted if a customer agrees to pay the NVQ fees in instalments and then changes their mind.
There will be no refunds for the CSCS card and test fee under any circumstances. (Heading)
Since test bookings are made on a live system, they are subject to availability and are made on a first-come, first-served basis without any reservation or hold in place. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. If a booking was made online after 7 pm Monday through Friday and 4 pm on Saturday, it will be confirmed the following working day. We will confirm Sunday bookings on Monday. During the booking call, our sales agent will take your information about the test for which you want to appear, What is the preferred day for your exam to take place, what your associate trade is, if you hold any construction qualifications, membership of any construction organisations (if applicable), You must provide the required details for CSCS card (and any affiliated partner) application (please review the website’s privacy statement) including the date of birth, National Insurance number, address, e-mail address and telephone number. When making a payment over the phone, you will be asked to provide your debit or credit card information. We transfer an order after the payment has been received and confirmed to our back-office team who finds out if the test date is available and books the test on that friend’s behalf if it suits the customer. To confirm the dates, times, and locations of the scheduled exam, a confirmation letter/email will be sent to you. We will offer you another date if your preferred one is unavailable. You are responsible for ensuring that you provide the correct email address in case you do not receive any confirmation email. If you do not have a valid email address, then we will not send a confirmation by post. In the case where your preferred test date or time is unavailable, we cannot be held responsible, but we will make every effort to provide you with the next available date/ time at your preferred test centre.
Upon booking your test, you will not be able to cancel it and you will be able to request a reschedule 96 hours before the test time.
We only process your card application on your behalf. We do not issue or print any cards. We cannot ensure that you will receive the card as this is completely depend on to the sole authority of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) (and any affiliated partner) to approve or deny a customer’s application. If your card is not processed no fee will be refunded.
Reservations online and by phone check telephone references
You may order online by selecting the product or service you wish to purchase through this website and according to its terms and conditions. Any payment made by you through this online booking service will be deemed to be your acceptance of the terms of the website as set forth herein. Before paying for the product, it is necessary to fill in the details in the booking form. Once you have completed the booking form and provided the valid details, you can proceed with the full payment. Before payment, you will be asked to state your agreement to our Conditions. An invoice confirming your order details will be emailed to you at the email address you provide.
The date and time you choose online cannot be guaranteed, only limited by availability.
If the requested date is not available, no refund will be given, but we will provide you with an alternative date and time in the same test center or a different test center according to your specific requirements.
Online reservations from Monday to Friday 19:00 and Saturday before 16:00 will be confirmed on the same day. All Sunday bookings will be confirmed on Monday. If there is an error in your order, please notify us immediately. We have the right to cancel any bookings and/or refuse access to the website. Contracting will also not take place if we have informed you that we cannot accept your order.
Payment
Rates or prices are only valid on the day you visit the our website or the day you call our contact centre. The construction care line ltd charges fees for its services, and we make test bookings on behalf of our applicants. This includes the one-time fee we charge you, the booking fee, and the processing fee for the booking.
Our expenses change from time to time and are detailed on our website. If you do not know our fees before booking or confirming the booking, you should check our website, talk to one of our agents or email us before confirming the booking. After the booking is confirmed, you are bound to pay our fees. The cost that you pay for the services will be the cost that is present on the website at the “confirm and Checkout” stage. Note that the cost of a service may vary from when you first placed it in the cart. Adding product to your cart does not confirm the cost displayed on website at that time. We cannot give you a confirmed cost of a product until you reached the “confirmed purchase” stage and have made a booking. we offer time-limited discounts and are depends on availability. as a consequence, the fee of such products may additionally alternate on occasion. Construction Care Line accepts fee by means of credit/debit cards, bank transfers. We require complete cleared fee before we book any test or confirm any purchase to you. Your money will be debited from your source after the “confirm and checkout” stage. If we’re not able to deliver the product that you have ordered, we will contact you by telephone [and/or e-mail] to offer you either a full refund or a replacement product. If we do not receive a response from you within 24 hours of our first try and touch you, we will refund the entire amount from your debited source. We will ensure that the prices on our website is transparent and accurate. Still, mistakes happen. If we found a mistake in your order related to cost, we will be in touch with you. If any product or service charged is higher than what is mentioned on our website, we will follow the lower fees mentioned and charge you accordingly and will send you confirmation. If a product or service cost mentioned on our website is lower than actual cost we will ask to continue the purchase on actual cost or cancel the order affected by errors. we are able to deem the order cancelled if we do now not receive a response from you inside 24 hours of our first try to contact you. In cases like this we will refund the whole amount debited from your sources.
Refunds and replacements

You will receive a full refund if we have not booked your test at that time you contact us. In case where Test Booking is done and booking confirmation was share shared with you, we cannot offer any refund and further decision will be taken by management accordingly . We do not offer any refund for CSCS Card (and any affiliated partner) application services but in exceptional conditions, management may additionally supply a refund at its discretion to customers. The man or woman taking a test (“the Candidate”) is liable for attending the test centre and taking the test. Construction Care Line is not responsible if the Candidate miss the test and does not reach on time; if the Candidate forgets to take a legitimate proof of his ID to the test, if the Candidate fails to pass the test; if the Candidate took the wrong test; if the Candidate makes some other shape of error about the test or any related matters.
Rescheduling Policy
If you like to reschedule the test, you must send us an email: support@constructioncareline.com or by calling us on +44 (0) 0330 053 4677, providing us with the Name and Order ID. You must contact us at least 96 Hours prior your test timing. In case you fail to contact us as set out above, you will be obliged to pay the full fee which include any booking rate or admin price.
