Cancellation/ Refund policy for our services/ products.

We strive to provide our customers with excellent service and products.

“Once payment has been made, there will be no refunds issued for cancellations. This includes all fees, taxes, and charges associated with the purchase. In the event that you need to cancel your order, please note that any payments made are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future purchases. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.”

In exceptional cases the refund amount is at the discretion of the manager.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours after the purchase. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the refund amount will be determined at the discretion of the manager.
Please note that any refund amount may be subject to deductions for delivery charges, application charges, taxes if applicable, or other applicable fees. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund amount once approved by manager and agreed by customer will be transferred to the source account within 3-4 business days.
